In 2025, I was asked to provide a stall selling cold food for competitors / spectators taking part in an adult’s sports day. 

I love a challenge! I researched protein packed foods, and devised salads and sandwiches to satisfy their appetites and keep them action ready for the afternoon’s activities. 

I provided vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, and even a selection of sweet treats for them to indulge in once the competition was over – they’d most definitely earned them.
