Retention Schedule

This retention schedule tells you how long we keep recorded information and how we dispose of it.

1. Data Protection

Customer names, addresses and contact details​ will be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed​

2. Financial

Invoices and reciepts have a retention period of 6 years.​

Bank statements have a retention period of 7 years.

3. Client and Event

Booking forms and contracts have a retention period of 7 years after contract end.​

​

Food choices and allergen information has a retention period of 7 years.

​

Customer complaints have a retention period of 5 years.

4. Operational Records

Food safety / HACCP records have a retention period of 6-10 years.​

​

Accident reports and incident logs have a retention period of 6-10 years.​

5. Health and Safety

Risk assesments have a retention period of 7 years.​​​

6. Personnel

Personnel files and contracts have a retention period of 5 years.​​​

What happens when the retention period ends?

When the retention periods ends, documents will be shredded or electronically deleted.
